Your individual therapy (especially if it is paid for by insurance) is about removing barriers and restoring you to your previous level of functioning. As a consultant and guide, my goal is to help you reach that next level, a place you may have never been. I know that each of you will get through this process eventually. However, I know without proper guidance that it can be a painful, lonely, and long process. Individual therapists can be a supportive sounding board, but turning the page into true consultation, coaching, or guidance can muddy the therapeutic waters and can be a dual relationship. Find out how coaching can help you to go to the next level in your business practices, study habits, and even your clinical skills!
